All permanent Jelly Beans key staff have relevant qualifications in Early Years or are working towards them and all staff are Paediatric First Aid trained and continually take part in courses aimed at ensuring that all staff progress in their professional development.

 

All Jelly Beans staff have been screened by the Government Disclosure and Barring Service, which is aimed at preventing unsuitable people working with children.
